Return Policy for CALYPSO Jewelry

Thank you for your purchase! We hope that you are happy with your new jewelry from us.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy:

Returns

Our return policy is valid strictly within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for both our Philippine-based and non-Philippine-based customers. If the respective days have past and no action has been taken by the customer to notify CALYPSO Jewelry for a return or exchange of goods, the customer is not eligible anymore to receive a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition upon receiving, complete with its original packaging and contents. Please do not send back items without notifying CALYPSO Jewelry and getting confirmation for the request. By trade law, the customer – you - must inform the seller - CALYPSO Jewelry - for your desire to return the item(s). Any items sent back to CALYPSO Jewelry without any prior communication or confirmation shall not be honored by the Returns Policy.

Return Process

To return items, kindly email us at info@wearcalypso.com. Please wait for our email reply for proper instructions.

The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer is to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

The time it may take for the customer to receive the exchanged item(s) may vary depending on the customer’s location. When shipping an item, please consider using a traceable shipping service and include shipping insurance. CALYPSO Jewelry cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, an email will be sent to acknowledge the returned item has been received as well as the decision of whether the item is valid to receive a refund.

If eligible for a refund, the refund — minus the ₱99 restocking fee per bracelet for Philippine-based customers, and $10 for non-Philippine-based customers — will be processed, and the credit will be given within a certain amount of days.

For our Philippine-based customers, the refund will be processed via GCash. Kindly provide us an existing GCash account or create a new one to receive the credited amount. Creating a GCash account is free of charge.

For our non-Philippine-based customers, the refund will be processed via PayPal. Kindly provide us an existing PayPal account or create a new one to receive the credited amount. Creating a PayPal account is free of charge.

Please note that under the law, custom-made products are not covered for refunds and sellers are not obligated to provide refunds to customers. While CALYPSO Jewelry does sell custom-made products, we still reach out to our customers and provide refunds for our customer’s satisfaction.

Replacement

Items are only eligible for replacement if they are verified defective or damaged. If there is a need for a replacement, kindly send us an email at info@wearcalypso.com for proper instructions.

Exchanges

Items are only eligible for an exchange if the customer has requested for a bracelet size exchange. If there is a need for an exchange, kindly send us an email at info@wearcalypso.com for proper instructions.
